Tender by: North Petroleum International Company Limited (hereafter referred to as the COMPANY), a company as the Contractor and Operator cooperating with Thi-Qar Oil Company for the execution of Exploration, Development and Production Contract (EDPC), carries out exploration, appraisal, development and production of the Abu Khema Contract Area in Republic of Iraq which covers an area of 1809 km2 in southern Iraq and is situated on the border with Kuwait within Muthana governorate. Scope of Work |
The Scope of Work as specified herein shall be performed by COMPANY (Abu Khema Petroleum Company Limited.) as Integrated Services on Daily Rate Basis for project management, well engineering, well construction, well completion, acidizing and well testing for COMPANY. COMPANY requires one (1) CONTRACTOR to provide one (1) set of land drilling rig 2000HP rig for drilling, completion, acidizing and well testing of a total of Two (2) vertical wells. |

Tender Requirement Mandatory /Minimum Qualifications |
The Bidder shall submit the original Tender Deposit in the amount of USD 200,000.00, issued by a bank acceptable to the Company. The Bidder’s Average Annual Revenue over the past three years shall not be less than USD 100,000,000.00. The Bidder’s experience over the past three years in daily-rate drilling and integrated (or turnkey) services shall cover not only drilling rig operations, but also mud services, cementing, mud logging, directional drilling, acidizing, coiled tubing and nitrogen (CT & Nitrogen), and well testing services. |
