Tender by: Abu Khema Petroleum Company Limited (hereafter referred to as the COMPANY), a company as the Contractor and Operator cooperating with Thi-Qar Oil Company for the execution of Exploration, Development and Production Contract (EDPC), carries out exploration, appraisal, development and production of the Abu Khema Contract Area in Republic of Iraq which covers an area of 1809 km2 in southern Iraq and is situated on the border with Kuwait within Muthana governorate. COMPANY intends to engage a qualified Contractor to provide Human Resource Services for technical personnel in support of the upcoming exploration and appraisal activities within the Abu Khema Block |

Tender Requirement Mandatory /Minimum Qualifications |
Bidder to provide original form of Tender Deposit of USD5, 000 issued by acceptable bank. Bidders shall have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience (2021–2024) in providing similar technical personnel and supervision services to International Oil Companies (IOCs), both within and outside Iraq. The Bidder shall possess valid QHSE certifications, including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Bidder shall have no record of contract termination due to poor performance in any TOC-operated area or in projects under ABU KHEMA COMPANY. Furthermore, Bidder shall not have received two or more official warning letters from ABU KHEMA COMPANY within the past five (5) years. |
